BOOGALOO AND GRAHAM (2014) 14 mins

During the height of the troubles in Northern Ireland, Jamesy and Malachy are over the moon when their soft hearted dad presents them with two baby chicks to care for. Randomly christened Boogaloo and Graham, these birds become more domesticated than most household pets. Raising their tiny charges, declaring themselves vegetarian and dreaming of running a chicken farm, the two boys are in for a shock when their parents announce that big changes are coming to the family. A delightful family-friendly short film that provides laugh-out-loud entertainment while defying viewer’s expectations.

On the final assignment of their officers school in the Israeli army, two women trek through a harsh desert landscape when one suddenly remembers she’s forgotten something crucial. Returning to retrieve the item, she encounters a local herdsman which ultimately leads her into a moral dilemma.

ABSENCE (2013) 15 mins

Following the premature death of his father, Enrique has tried hard to play the game of life, make friends and be a kid. Yet, he regularly curls up next to his dad’s tomb. Mary and Gold, a girl and her doll, bloom in his life one casual day. The girl is both truth and lie. Mary is hope and she manages to make communication possible between father and son once again, this time not by word, but through drawings. But in the long run an inevitable choice must be made by Enrique if he is to move on.

In this comedy short a trained assassin is interrupted by a bothersome bird just at the crucial moment before he can take the shot that will kill his target. This annoying intruder

Struggling to find love with a normal woman, Charlie meets the very attractive Michelle at a nightclub and falls hard for her. Ultimately he is forced to question if he can accept the best of both worlds when she shockingly reveals that she becomes a likeable guy’s guy named Michael during the day and reverts back to the highly desirable Michelle at night. What’s not to like about having a beautiful woman at night to take on dates and your best friend to play video games with during the day? Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it!
